What Is Included in Resolving Conflict in Community Health Work?
The Resolving Conflict in Community Health Work training session provides the skills needed for Community Health Workers to manage and resolve the inevitable conflict that arises when people interact. This session will include learning techniques that can be useful in a myriad of settings. The objectives of this session are to:
- Explore interpersonal conflict and conflict styles
- Understand and apply methods of resolving conflict
This training session lasts 2 hours and can be provided as a live, fully interactive virtual training for $639 or on-site at the location of your choice for $2,459* including all travel costs.
