What Is Included in Introductory Return on Investment (ROI): The Worth of a Community Health Worker?

Community Health Worker programs can have a powerful impact on communities and health outcomes, while also being cost effective. In the Introductory Return on Investment (ROI): The Worth of a Community Health Worker Program session, supervisors will learn about the data supporting the investment of dollars in Community Health Worker programs and how they can begin to apply this concept to their own organization. The objectives for this session are to:

  • Define Return on Investment and its importance to organizations employing Community Health Workers
  • Demonstrate the financial worth of the Community Health Worker professions in organizations and communities

This training session lasts 2 hours and can be provided as a live, fully interactive virtual training for $639 or on-site at the location of your choice $2,459* including all travel costs.

This session can be completed individually or as a full Foundations Level training. If you would like to mix and match sessions to create your own training package, please contact us for additional information.

*Includes all travel costs for a training location within the continental United States. Note: travel costs will be prorated if multiple on-site training sessions are purchased for the same location and time period.
