What Is Included in Expectations for Community Health Worker Data Collection and Documentation?

The Expectations for Community Health Worker Data Collection and Documentation session offers supervisors a practical understanding of key ways in which Community Health Workers document their work and collect data. The session will address common challenges seen in documentation and data collection by Community Health Workers and put a special emphasis on potential solutions for these challenges. The objectives for this session are to:

  • Identify and demonstrate appropriate guidelines for documentation by Community Health Workers
  • Recognize the role of Community Health Workers in data collection and analysis

This training session lasts 2 hours and can be provided as a live, fully interactive virtual training for $639 or on-site at the location of your choice for $2,459* including all travel costs.

This session can be completed individually or as a full Level I training. If you would like to mix and match sessions to create your own training package, please contact us for additional information.

*Includes all travel costs for a training location within the continental United States. Note: travel costs will be prorated if multiple on-site training sessions are purchased for the same location and time period.
