Place a Community Health Worker in your ER (or wherever you need one most) to reduce unnecessary ER visits and recidivism through:

✔ Build a pipeline of highly trained, loyal employees

✔ Receive 144 hours of CHW training (a $4K value) for every apprentice

✔ Receive group and 1-1 peer mentoring from a Certified CHW for every apprentice

Reap the benefits of an apprentice without the paperwork  –

MHP Salud will:

✔ Screen candidates

✔ Work with each candidate to determine eligibility for workforce stipends (saving you months of salary expense)

✔ Handle all registration, documentation and administrative requirements with the Department of Labor

✔ Mentor and support the apprentice for 12 months through apprentice certification
