Qualifying Life Events May Include:
- Marriage, divorce or legal separation
- New baby
- Adopting a child
- New home in a different ZIP code
- New school (for college students)
- New work and living location (for seasonal workers)
- Losing existing health insurance, including Medicaid/CHIP
You may also qualify if an employer offered you or another household member an individual coverage HRA (also known as ICHRA) or a Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) within the past 60 days – or plans to within the next 60 days.
