Chief Executive Officer
Magaly “Maggie” Dante, Ph.D., LMHC, has been at the helm of MHP Salud since 2022, transforming community health in rural and underserved communities through nationally recognized workforce development programs, training and apprenticeship programs, and direct community initiatives. She’s a national expert in organizational culture building and psychological safety, workforce stability, leadership development, and Community Health Worker programming and implementation.
With nearly three decades of leadership experience in health care, mental health and child welfare, Dr. Dante has a track record of elevating quality, maintaining fiscal integrity, and engaging the community in services that lead to improved safety, health and well-being. She is a sought-after speaker, trainer and consultant, a certified family life educator, licensed mental health counselor, and a Florida-licensed qualified supervisor.
Dr. Dante is an active member in several national organizations, including the National Association of Community Health Centers, the National Association of Community Health Workers, the American Public Health Association, the American Society for Public Administration, and National Training and Technical Assistance Partners. She is also on the Policy Committee for the Florida Community Health Worker Association, an active member of the Florida Rural Health Association, and an active contributor to the American Public Health Association CHW Section. She also has been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal with the coveted “Women Who Mean Business” award. Dr. Dante holds a Doctor of Public Policy and Administration from Walden University and a Master of Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

Director of Communications & Public Relations
Andrea McNally joined the MHP Salud team in 2024 as the Director of Public Relations & Communications. She brings more than 12 years of experience as a communications professional with expertise in public relations, marketing, media relations, digital media strategy and social media management.
Andrea has focused her career in the nonprofit space, where she has been integral in leading multi-faceted campaigns for a variety of causes, including foster parent recruitment, fundraising for educational initiatives, talent recruitment, mental health services and more. She has won national awards for her work in social media and brand development.
Beyond her career, Andrea continues to give back to her community through her service on the board of directors for the Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens.

In her role as Vice President of Communications and Business Development, Ms. Morgan oversees brand development and management, reputation, communications, positioning, and revenue development, tapping into more than 20 years of experience leading communications, public relations and community engagement for regional and global organizations. She is a recognized leader in the public relations industry, with two decades of board service to the Public Relations Society of America at the local, district and national levels; she currently serves on the PRSA Board of Ethics and Professional Standards. Bringing together personal experience, research and best practices, Ms. Morgan is a sought-after speaker for brand management, reputation and issues management, and trauma-informed storytelling.
Ms. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Integrative Public Relations from Central Michigan University.
