The Community Health Worker Parent Educator(CHWPE) helps families and communities adopt healthy behaviors and increase access to health and social services. The CHWPE will conduct outreach to parents, health organizations, and local agencies to implement Parents as Teachers in the community to promote, maintain, and improve health and well-being of children and families in the communities we serve.
