As Vice President of Operations, Brynna Burguard oversees MHP Salud’s business operations, including finance, technology, quality and evaluation. Under her leadership, MHP Salud has become a recognized leader in comprehensive evaluation of Community Health Worker programming, particularly related to the return on investment of this model.

With more than a decade of service with MHP Salud, Ms. Burguard has been instrumental in the organization’s growth to a national leader in the field. In addition to extensive experience in strategic leadership, operations, risk and quality management, she brings valuable international lessons through several years of working in Peru. Ms. Burguard holds bachelor of arts degrees in sociology and Spanish language and literature from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Public Administration with a Health Care Administration Specialization from Oakland University.
