Heather Morgan, APR, is a national award-winning, accredited public relations professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, successfully managing crises and reputational risks, strategically positioning organizations and executives, and overseeing campaigns that produce key results. In her role as Vice President of Communications and Business Development, Ms. Morgan oversees brand development and management, reputation, communications, positioning, and revenue development, tapping into more than 20 years of experience leading communications, public relations and community engagement for regional and global organizations. She is a recognized leader in the public relations industry, with two decades of board service to the Public Relations Society of America at the local, district and national levels; she currently serves on the PRSA Board of Ethics and Professional Standards. Bringing together personal experience, research and best practices, Ms. Morgan is a sought-after speaker for brand management, reputation and issues management, and trauma-informed storytelling.
Ms. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Integrative Public Relations from Central Michigan University.
