Jill Spannagel, LCSW, brings nearly two decades of experience in social services, health care utilization management, and nonprofit operations leadership to MHP Salud. With expertise in mental health care, case management and child welfare, she has a proven track record in improving health outcomes for children, families and individuals. Ms. Spannagel is responsible for delivering effective, sustainable programming to help individuals and families achieve health, safety and well-being. She leads a team of Community Health Workers throughout Texas and Florida dedicated to supporting individuals and families in their journeys of health and well-being. Ms. Spannagel taps into her breadth of experience to identify unmet community needs, establish strategic partnerships, and implement best practices to bridge gaps in access to health care, digital literacy, safety and well-being. She holds bachelor and master degrees in social work from Aurora University.
