Full Bio
Kyraneshia M. Coleman leads workforce development initiatives for MHP Salud, tapping into her extensive experience in training, consultation and strategic development. She is a nationally recognized trainer on the Community Health Worker model and effective approaches in public health, and a sought-after expert for health outreach and program implementation in hard-to-reach communities.
Prior to joining MHP Salud’s training and workforce development department, Ms. Coleman spent nearly two decades serving in Florida’s child welfare system, from on-the-ground child protective investigations to foster parent recruitment and training; her intricate understanding of challenges faced by high-risk populations provides her with a unique perspective to help organizations and advocates identify and address key needs within their communities.
Ms. Coleman holds a Master of Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. She is also a Certified Child Welfare Protective Investigator and a Certified Life Coach.
