Combining her personal experience growing up in an MSAW family, years on the front line serving others as a Certified Community Health Worker – and instructor – and deep expertise in influencing change and overcoming barriers to improve health outcomes among the most vulnerable populations, Monica captivates audiences with her steady presence and humility.
