Why Train with MHP Salud?

We have over 35 years of experience implementing Community Health Worker programs, hiring and training CHWs, and obtaining clear program outcomes for their work. We utilize our firsthand knowledge to:

  • Include real-world examples in the topics we cover
  • Develop, test and improve strategies
  • Update material to continuously reflect new standards and needs
  • Provide information that is engaging and relevant

Our L.E.A.D. (Listen, Empower, Advance, Deliver) curriculum offers accessible and affordable education for organizations committed to investing in the Community Health Worker model. L.E.A.D. is designed to address the professional development needs of Community Health Workers throughout their career and to support individuals or programs working with CHWs. Our expert trainers include Community Health Workers or Promotores y Promotoras, Program Coordinators, Directors, and others that have both direct field experience and training expertise.  The average review our training participants leave after completing a training rate the experience 4.7 out of five stars.

Due to COVID-19 we do not currently offer in-person training. However, our live, fully interactive virtual training is still available.

Return on Investment

CHW programs targeting underserved patients with multiple chronic diseases provide an annual return of investment of $2 for every $1 invested.
