Our L.E.A.D. (Listen, Empower, Advance, Deliver) curriculum offers accessible and affordable education for organizations committed to investing in the Community Health Worker model. L.E.A.D. is designed to address the professional development needs of Community Health Workers throughout their career and to support individuals or programs working with CHWs. Our expert trainers include Community Health Workers or Promotores y Promotoras, Program Coordinators, Directors, and others that have both direct field experience and training expertise. Due to COVID-19 we do not currently offer in-person training. However, our live, fully interactive virtual training is still available.
