Technical Assistance is provided via phone, video conference, or email and is led by one of our experts. Sessions provide opportunities for organizations to discuss real-world examples, discover new resources, and share information that is relevant and reflects new standards and needs within the CHW profession. Through our Technical Assistance, we enable organizations working with CHWs to better support their communities in a culturally and linguistically appropriate way and help to increase both the reach and quality of healthcare services they provide on an on-going basis.
Over the years we’ve helped hundreds of health centers and community-based organizations through monthly calls to support organizations regarding their CHWs programs. Discussions have focused on a variety of topics, included diabetes management, hypertension, substance abuse, COVID-19 and Strengthening Aging Services for Hispanic Older Adults.
