Technical Assistance is provided via phone, video conference, or email and is led by one of our experts. Sessions provide opportunities for organizations to discuss real-world examples, discover new resources, and share information that is relevant and reflects new standards and needs within the CHW profession. Through our Technical Assistance, we enable organizations working with CHWs to better support their communities and help to increase both the reach and quality of healthcare services they provide.

Over the years we’ve helped hundreds of health centers and community-based organizations through monthly calls to support organizations regarding their CHWs programs. Discussions have focused on a variety of topics, including diabetes management, hypertension, substance abuse and more.

Our team of experts has developed highly-focused and in-demand training to build the capacity of organizations looking to implement or improve upon Community Health Worker programs no matter what stage of the process they are in.
