MHP Salud, a national non-profit organization dedicated to improving community health and well-being, is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources.

• Manage all aspects of the HR function, including Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Training, Talent Recruitment, Performance Management, and Compensation and Benefits.
• Adopt and integrate key HR strategies and initiatives. Consult on diversity, workforce, and business issues that impact the organization.
• Participate in critical decisions about strategic initiatives, operating model, and operational execution; contribute to strategic planning and support corporate initiatives; stay abreast of critical issues in other departments/business units and understand the market and economic factors affecting the organization.
• Have ability to read, write, and speak both Spanish and English.
• Possess Information Technology skills with the ability to use laptops, smartphones, internet/online application systems, Microsoft Office, etc.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year, DOE
