MHP Salud, a national non-profit agency that implements Community Health Worker programs, is currently seeking a Community Liaison Director (CLD). This position will be located anywhere within the state of Florida.

• Collaborate with partner organizations to recruit new and current CHWs and practice-based learning sites for participation in the program.
• Promote the CHW workforce in the designated state by facilitating webinars, meetings, and developing written content.
• Develop and manage relationships and formal agreements with organizations that provide practice-based learning to CHWs
• Oversee the activities of and provide support to the Community Engagement Specialist.
• Oversee budgets, evaluation and data analysis, and reporting for projects including communication with funders.

Salary Range: $64,000 – $70,000 DOQ
