Community Health Worker Program Evaluation Workshop

Evaluating outcomes is essential not only for managing and sustaining Community Health Worker (CHW) programs, but also for ensuring meaningful service to the community. This workshop will give your organization an understanding of what CHW program evaluation is, the steps involved, and how to carry them out. You will also have opportunities to identify your organization’s evaluation resources and needs, as well as next steps for advancing CHW program evaluation at your organization. This is an introductory level workshop; no prior evaluation knowledge or experience is expected or required.

This 6-hour workshop can be offered online or in-person at a site of your choosing. Expert MHP Salud evaluation staff will guide your team through interactive learning sessions that include a comprehensive evaluation workbook. At the workshops conclusion, your team will have developed an analysis on your organization’s evaluation resources, additional evaluation needs, and the next steps to advance your organization’s CHW program evaluation.

Our workshops are built on over 35 years of our organizational experience implementing and running CHW programs. Expert MHP Salud staff provide recommendations based on experienced gained from past programs and outcomes while guiding attendees through a series of team-based exercises, including brainstorming, organizational assessments, and other collaborative activities.
