Dinámicas are activities with a specific purpose. Some are “get-to-know-you” games like ice breakers. Others are designed to get people moving or to review material and reflect on the experience of participants. Dinámicas are often associated with popular education.

The activities are designed to get everyone involved. They are a great way to build a sense of teamwork and they are also a lot of fun! This booklet is divided into three sections: Getting Started, Energizing, and Wrap-Up.
