Fact or Myth Breastfeeding Card Game

Breastfeeding has health and economic benefits for both infants and mothers. It helps protect babies from sickness, disease, obesity, asthma, allergies, and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Support for breastfeeding is important as babies fed infant formula are not as healthy as babies that are fed breast milk. For mothers, breastfeeding helps protect them from heart disease, ovarian cancer, and heart cancer.

This bilingual card game was developed to help educate and spark conversation among participants about the benefits of breastfeeding. It is available for free to our resource portfolio members.
