Resources and Reference Materials for Community Health Workers and Adolescent Health
Many of MHP Salud’s programs have focused on implementing Community Health Workers to provide outreach and education for adolescents. Some of those programs also empowered adolecents directly, and positioned them as peer leaders. All resources are available for free to our resource portfolio members.
This program manual, which is based on our Infórmate program, gives Peer Advocates tips, suggestions, and guidelines on how they can better serve within their roles. Peer Advocates are a powerful resource for program trying to address the needs and education of adolescent groups.
